Perix (“Perix,” “we,” “us”) provides community strategy, community operations, creator management, and brand partnership services. This policy explains what information we may receive through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This policy covers Perix.co. It does not cover third-party platforms or websites that we link to, or services we may provide to clients under separate written agreements.

Information you provide

The website does not require an account and has no login. The only place we ask for information is the contact form, where submissions may include:

• Inquiry type (creator, brand or startup, or unspecified)
• Name
• Email address
• Your message
• Channel or creator handle, and the platforms you create on (creator inquiries)
• Approximate audience size across platforms (creator inquiries, optional)
• Company name and what you are looking for (brand or startup inquiries, optional)
• Anything else you choose to include in your message

You may also contact us directly by email, in which case we receive whatever you include in that email.

Information collected automatically

Perix does not operate analytics, advertising, retargeting, session-recording, or behavioral-tracking tools on this website. Like most websites, the hosting and backend infrastructure we rely on may generate ordinary technical and operational records — for example request logs, timestamps, IP address, and basic browser or device information — for the purpose of serving the site, diagnosing errors, and protecting against abuse. Those records are generated by our providers as part of operating the service rather than collected by Perix for marketing purposes.

We may use information submitted through the site to:

• Review and evaluate inquiries
• Respond to creators, brands, startups, and potential partners
• Assess whether a potential working relationship is a fit
• Communicate with you about Perix services in connection with your inquiry
• Maintain reasonable business records of inquiries and correspondence
• Operate, maintain, and secure the website
• Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
• Improve our services and business operations

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or any marketing list. Perix does not currently operate a newsletter or bulk promotional email program. Replies to inquiries are sent one-to-one by a person.

Perix does not sell personal information submitted through this website, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When you submit the contact form, three things happen:

• The submission is saved as a record in our backend database so we can review and follow up on it.
• A notification email containing your submission is sent to a Perix inbox, with your email address set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly.
• A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided, acknowledging that we received the inquiry.

Submissions remain stored after the notification email is sent — the email is a notification, not a substitute for the record.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field that is not visible to and not intended for human visitors. Submissions that fill it are discarded.

Perix is a small firm and relies on a limited number of providers to run this website. Those providers process information on our behalf:

• Website hosting and application platform — serves the site and runs the server-side code that handles form submissions.
• Managed database and backend service — stores contact form submissions.
• Resend — email delivery service used to send the internal notification email and your confirmation email.
• Email and business tools — the inboxes and everyday tools we use to read and respond to inquiries.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect against fraud, abuse, or security issues. These providers are service providers, not buyers of your information.

Perix does not run analytics platforms, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or session-recording tools on this website, and does not set cookies for advertising or analytics purposes. Because there is no non-essential tracking, this site does not present a cookie consent banner.

Some pages embed third-party media players — for example YouTube video and Shorts embeds on case-study pages. Those embeds load from the third party only when the page containing them is viewed, and the platform hosting them may set its own cookies or collect information under its own policies once loaded. We also load web fonts from a third-party font service. Perix does not receive analytics data from these embeds.

If we introduce analytics or other non-essential tracking in the future, we will update this policy and add an appropriate consent mechanism.

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect our interests, and comply with applicable obligations. Technical and operational logs held by our providers are retained according to those providers' practices.

You may ask us to delete an inquiry you submitted; see “Your Choices and Requests” below.

Perix uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the website. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Please do not send sensitive information — such as financial account details, government identifiers, or confidential third-party material — through the contact form.

You can choose not to submit the contact form and instead email us directly. If you have already submitted an inquiry, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you provided, or ask questions about how it is handled.

Email hello@perix.co with your request. We will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor applicable requests and may need to verify your identity before acting.

This site links to third-party websites and platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and creator channels. Those sites are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Perix is not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle information.

The Perix website and services are intended for business use and are not directed toward children. We do not knowingly seek or request personal information from children through the inquiry form. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact hello@perix.co and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. This is the first version of this policy; no earlier version was in effect.
